Overview: We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to help manage and improve our supply chain operations. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, handle order scheduling, track inventory, and ensure customers get what they need on time. You should be flexible, organized, and ready to adjust to daily changes in work priorities.

Your tasks:

1. Supplier Scheduling

· Plan and update delivery schedules with suppliers to make sure materials arrive on time.

· Change schedules if production or supply plans change.

2. Coverage Reporting

· Keep track of how much supply we have compared to what we need.

· Report any gaps or problems and help solve them.

3. Inventory Planning

· Plan how much stock we should keep meeting customer demand without overstocking.

· Help reduce storage costs by improving inventory flow.

4. Import Clearances

· Make sure imported goods clear customs smoothly and follow all rules.

· Work with import teams to avoid delays.

5. ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) Creation

· Prepare shipment documents to help track deliveries and ensure correct records.

6. Supplier Arrears

· Monitor any late deliveries or payments from suppliers.

· Work with them to fix these issues quickly.

7. Customer and Internal Communication

· Coordinate with customer planners to understand their needs.

· Keep customers informed and solve any delivery or order-related problems.

8. Order Management

· Make sure customer orders are processed correctly and delivered on time.

9. Data Handling and Reporting

· Maintain accurate data on orders, inventory, and shipments.

· Prepare simple reports for tracking performance.

Your profile:

· B.Tech degree is required

· MBA in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus

· 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or planning

· Good at organizing work and handling multiple tasks

· Clear communication skills

· Able to handle pressure and changes in priorities

· Willing to work flexible hours when needed
