We are currently looking for a Facilities Leader Must supervise, monitor, and ensure that all plant facility and associated equipment is maintained in a safe, operating condition by performing the following duties.
Must maintain and enforce plant preventive maintenance programs on all facility related equipment such as water chiller system,,, air compressor, etc.
Supervise MRO Crib (ordering of plant maintenance equipment and parts, supplies for plant, etc.)
Supervise and manage janitorial staff
Plan and coordinate outsourced/contracted activities.
Directly responsible for maintenance of all buildings, parking lots, landscaping and snow removal.
Oversee disposal of waste/trash recycling.
Active involvement in plant safety including fire safety management
Manage building maintenance activities such as masonry, construction, electrical, plumbing, roofing, etc.

Must be teamwork oriented, organized and a qualified leader
Solid work experience of construction and facilities (manufacturing plant preferred)
High School Diploma with some college education.
Must have working knowledge of computers.
Should be adept in dealing and negotiating with contractors
