Team Leader Human Resources (m/f/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:
- As operative team leader, you will guide all HR processes from onboarding to exit and also be involved in the daily operational business
- You will lead, coach and motivate two HR professionals to deliver effective HR services and support the business
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programs that align with the company's mission and values
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support employee relations
- Cooperate with the works council to create an engaging work environment and fair salary leveling according to ERA collective wage agreement
- Ensure an accurate payroll together with an external service provider
- Support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and drive the optimization and digitalization of HR processes
- Local, regional and global reporting
Anforderungen:
- HR-related degree and first experience in a leadership role
- Ideally, software implementation experience, at best with SAP SuccessFactors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Strong project management skills and experience in leading HR initiatives
- Experience in the automotive or engineering industry
- Fluent German and English is a must
