Your tasks:

• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
• Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
• Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
• Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
• Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Perform cost and scenario analysis, lead benchmark activities
• Assess, manage and mitigate risks, monitor the supply base
• Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

Your profile: 

• Degree in business administration, engineering, economics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of purchasing experience in the field of mechanical or automotive industry
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Fluency in English
• Negotiation skills with profound cost analysis
• Purchasing skills ( Supplier Management, Cost analysis, Market analysis) • Deep knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, willingness to travel
