A Service Technician position reports to the Information Technology Manager. This position within the SMR organization involves servicing our users via the Helpdesk. This includes fielding and logging all incidents and requests for service in the IT Helpdesk system then taking actions of deployment and/or servicing all IT assets utilized by the business. These include, desktops, laptops, tablets, cellphones, desk phones, printers, scanners, copiers or any other IT asset in use in the SMR organization. In addition, a service technician will be responsible for all software installation and configurations deployed on IT assets. Must be able to multi-task and handle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
