Your tasks:

Accounts Payable:

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to payables.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.

Accounts Receivable:

• Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies and provide resolution.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and reporting.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
