We are seeking a Shipment Executive who will be responsible for overseeing the cost control, data accuracy, system updates, and reporting related to shipment activities. This role ensures all shipment-related data is accurately maintained in the ERP system and that actual vs. planned shipment costs are analyzed and reconciled effectively. The role will also support document management and workflow processes across related logistics operations.
Your tasks:
- System Maintenance including data entry activities within ERP as required.
- Review of actual shipment costs EG; Freight, Duty etc. vs planned costs ensuring accuracy to
- ensure accuracy
- Collation and review of any documents as required to support this process.
- Ensuring all costs are captured against shipments are planned
- Finalizing Shipment re-costing with the ERP and posting to General Ledger
- Reporting outstanding shipment recasting status and roadblocks.
- Various reporting duties, formatting, maintenance and creation of documents.
- Process kissflow workflow requests as required
- Creation and maintenance of procedures/work instructions as requested
- General filing as required.
Your profile:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Prior experience in a logistics, shipping, or supply chain role is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and workflow tools (e.g., Kissflow) is an advantage.
