We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP Production Planning (PP) professional to act as a key player in optimizing our manufacturing operations by leading the design, configuration, and enhancement of our production planning and execution processes, managing the end-to-end production lifecycle from master data integrity and MRP to shop floor control, and ensuring seamless cross-functional integration for smooth process flow from start to finish. 

Your tasks:

  • Work with the Sales Team on creating reporting dashboards for the team.
  • Introduce and track Key Sales activities for Global Sales Team like RFQ trackers, quote submissions, budgets, customer visit plans, customer contracts, product development activities etc.
  • Update and Control the central database for Sales.
  • Analyse key trends in the global automotive accessories and aftermarket.
  • Analyse sales trends, inventory levels, customer behaviour, product performance, and market dynamics.
  • Prepare and circulate periodic reports capturing market trends, key internal activities etc
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key stakeholders using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Collaborating with global sales team to take and give insights on the business.
  • Attend some events on behalf of Motherson  aftermarket to represent and gather information on competition, key market trends, etc.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or MBA from a good college
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years handling similar responsibilities.
  • Excellent desktop research capabilities using tools.
  • Automotive Component market knowledge would be helpful, not compulsory
  • Strong analytical skills, Excellent communication skills, Detail-oriented, organized and enthusiastic.
